Right at Home Northern Rivers is seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our growing community care team. This is an opportunity to use your clinical expertise in a role where you can build genuine relationships with clients, work autonomously, and make a direct difference to their health, independence and quality of life.

Working 3–4 days per week, this part-time position offers the opportunity to progress to full-time as our services continue to grow.

About the Role

You will provide person-centred clinical care to clients in their own homes, supporting their health, independence and quality of life.

Key responsibilities include:

• Clinical assessments, reviews and care planning.

• Wound care and medication management.

• Monitoring and responding to changes in client health.

• Supporting clients with complex and chronic conditions.

• Liaising with GPs, allied health and other health professionals.

• Providing clinical guidance to Care Partners.

• Accurate clinical documentation and incident reporting.

• Promoting safe, respectful and person-centred care.

About You

You are an experienced RN who is confident working independently in the community and passionate about aged care.

You will have:

• Current AHPRA registration.

• Aged care, community or similar clinical experience.

• Strong assessment, communication and clinical documentation skills.

• Experience with wound care, dementia and chronic conditions.

• Current driver's licence

• Current CPR.

• Relevant Police Check and NDIS requirements, where applicable.
